Can We Bring Back Kill Experience Snowballing?

Basically this, I understand a lot of people aren't going to like the idea because the current system favors people who die consistently often in lane not be too far behind. (Favors bad players which 85% of this game consists of) However it's getting to the point that against some champions you need that snowball because even if they're 5 deaths in they're at most 1-2 levels behind. Take Irelia for example, no matter how hard you can shut her down, she's so noobfriendly once she gets Trinity Force that she can duel most despite being 4k gold behind it seems. Or Vayne with Blade of the Ruined League.

I think it was in Season 3 they changed this as well as initiated the first blood changes that later got reverted because things like Tryndamere or Riven who could go all in at level 2 for first blood. It later was changed to make the gold value for first blood a lot lower and based on the time passed in game and this appears to have been reverted.

Dunno, kind of upsetting being 7-8 kills up on the enemy jungler as well as 20-30 farm ahead of them only to be 2 levels above them. I feel if you're able to maximize your ability to getting that much of a lead, it should be more tangible. Especially when in Solo Queue the sure-fire way to lose is to expect your team to be worth anything and actually contribute to the victory unless it's the enemy team at which point they seem to the MVP of the enemy team.

To further illustrate my point: Singed was 3 towers of XP, 41 CS, and 5 kills ahead, almost all of which was not split between the two in top lane except the ganks the Vi received. Zero reason he should only have been two levels ahead.
