Suggestion: Featured game mode tutorial requirement prior to queuing.

I think it would be helpful for all players if an account had to complete a brief onetime tutorial prior to being allowed to queue for any featured game mode.

Every week no matter which mode comes out either side seems to end up with at least one person who has no idea how the mode works. For reasons not worth speculating there seems to be a large number of people that simply refuse to familiarize themselves. If it isn't the person who doesn't understand capping points in Ascension or the guy that doesn't know how to buy siege weapons in Nexus Siege, it soils the game for everyone.

Great effort and time is invested into these game modes by Riot for us to enjoy, why not take that extra step to help ensure everyone trying to enjoy them has at least briefed on how to do it?
