Nerf Flash
Flash has been a must take for 8 seasons in a row.
99.99987% of Summoner's Rift game's players take flash, please nerf.

How would you nerf Flash?
Some champions take ghost/exaust instead. Summoner spells are impossible to balance. This stems from the beta where there wasn't supposed to be a meta and you took summoner spells 5o add on to your champion. Also there is no real way to nerf flash. It won't change a thing. This isn't just a bronze thread. This isn't even a wood thread. It's a plastic division thread.
