I'd like to hear your interesting ideas

For some time now I've been lurking around the board reading various threads about various things, and I've seen some very interesting ideas that have made me seriously think about the impact it would have to the game. Now I would like to see some interesting ideas that people weren't very vocal about, ones that they didn't start a discussion over, and I would like you to post those ideas here. There's no real reason for me to do this, I just like seeing interesting ideas, these can range from anything from skins to gameplay & balance to full-blown champion concepts, I'd just like to see what you can come up with.

I would appreciate if there was no fighting, this is a place for ideas to be shared, not scrutinized! Any ideas are welcome! I would also like to provide feedback on these ideas. Don't worry though, I'm quite a neutral person, and won't bash on any ideas presented (but I will provide constructive criticism, so I can try to help make the ideas even better!). If any Reds would like to join in the discussions, all the better! I'd love to hear your views on these ideas as well, and maybe some of your own!

Balance summoner spells. Flash is made to either escape(1 sec silence and atack disable after cast) or initiation(0.5 sec delay before flashing, can still move during this time, taking damage increases this time to 1.5). summoner 13 now gives 100% mana to self, and also reduces cooldowns by 2 sec(with 0.5 sec minimum remaining time). {{summoner:2}} now has unlimited cast range and its AOE is enough to cover 1/4 of jungle(buff+2 nearby camps). summoner 1 now works like QSS, removing all debuffs, not just CC and DOT, and is also castable under supress.

Remove short-cd untargetability(Fizz , MasterYi ). Others pay 3000 gold for Zhonyas with a huge cd, and it is still the best AP item in the game. Tahm's one is fine, he can't untarget himself

Remove most of the "on-third-attack" passives

Buff/rework low pickrate champions.

Nerf mobility. Low-cd dashes shouldn't work over walls(Kalista ). To be able to cross the wall, dash should either be ultimate(Kassadin , Ahri , Zed ) or have a huge cd(Tristana , Amumu ).

Pyromania After casting 4 spells, Annie's next offensive spell will stun the target for a 1 second. This buff lasts for 5 seconds. If an offensive spell is not cast, Annie receives the HOT HANDS debuff, silencing her and empowering her next autoattack until she hits an enemy champion.

Molten Shield Cost: 20 Mana Range: 700 Missile Speed: 600 Increases Armor and Magic Resist by 10/20/30/40/50 for 5 seconds. Deals 20% Ability Power/30% Ability Power/40% Ability Power/50% Ability Power/60% Ability Power magic damage in the direction of the cursor every time Annie takes an instance of damage from an enemy champion, stopping at the first enemy hit.

Summon: Tibbers Cost: 100 Mana Range: 600 BOUNTY: 150G After channeling for 2 seconds Tibbers is summoned. For the next 45 seconds, Tibbers chases down enemies and deals x/x+100/x+200 (+10% Ability Power) magic damage per auto attack. If Annie casts Disintegrate on Tibbers, his next autoattack will deal Disintegrate's damage to the target. If Annie casts Incinerate on Tibbers, his next attack will deal Incinerate's damage plus his autoattack in a cone. If Annie casts Molten Shield while Tibbers is active he will receive the shield. This will grant double the resists to Tibbers. When Annie takes an instance of damage, Tibbers will reciprocate the line damage skillshot perpendicular to hers, passing through units but doing 10% less after each unit hit. If Annie casts a spell on Tibbers while she has full Pyromania stacks, Tibbers will critically strike on his next autoattack. If Annie casts a HOT HANDS empowered autoattack on Tibbers, Tibbers will critically strike on his next autoattack, then explode.

My idea? Everyone at Riot takes a PR class, a public speaking course, a sociology course, fix (not improve because that's not near enough) their lines of internal communication, and remember what it's like to be a gamer on the outside looking in.

Some Rioters are better than others, but none of them are better than all of them.

They need to scrap all the money they spend on HR, E-Sports, Artwork, and invest in some quality game designers and developers. The amount of bugs in the client for the past 3+ years is sad and the recent redesign of champions such as Casseopea, Ryze, and Fiora leave the company in a horrible light.
