The team which have AFK player(s) should get more IP.

About each AFK player equal 100IP. AFK players always make me want kill myself , also made other player in their team want break the computer . If they have an AFK player and 4V5 win the game. They should get more IP. regular IP + 100(They have one AFK)*2(it's not easy to 4V5). If they 4V5 lost they got at least 100+, most time 4V5 is wast time. VS
