You've made so many wonderful points and have phrased your arguments beautifully, I don't see how anyone could disagree. /kappa
I take it we are suppose to assume that because of the performance on one player we are to draw the conclusion that Zed is weak. Ignoring the fact that half of the losses were on howling abyss (a game mode that isn't balanced and that Zed is going to be not so good at), we have no idea what this person's skill level is OR any other circumstances surrounding the defeats.
How about you start with why you think he is under powered and in need of changes, and maybe even how you would go about doing that. Then I would be happy to discuss things.

bad players cant play a hard to control champion that is broken in the hands of a skilled player? who would have guessed?
