Just hit a rank wall.

I finally reached my milestone of Gold. Im stoked about it. Got all the way to G2. Hell yeah. Welp. I tilted my way to G5 then back up to G3 and now im G5 again. I've been doing well to just mute and move on and i've seen a large improvement. Looking for gameplay advice. On average if i'm doing well i get about 250 CS around 35 mins. Any advice from high ranks would be welcomed.
