Try the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1:
a) Swipe click on the bottom left side corner of the desktop b) Select “control panel.” c) Open “Languages” and select “Advanced Settings”. d) Click on “Change language bar hot keys” option under “Switching input methods” e) Select “Advanced key settings” options from “Text services and input languages” window. Here you will find the settings to release/disable the CAPS lock option by pressing shift keys.
Method 2: I would suggest you to check on-screen keyboard settings. Turn Caps Lock on and off by double-tapping the Up Arrow key. Refer to the steps from the following Microsoft article. How to use the on-screen keyboard: http://www.microsoft.com/Surface/en-US/support/touch-mouse-and-search/how-to-use-the-on-screen-keyboard Keep us posted on the status of the issue.
#Start menu > all programs > Accessories > Accessibily > On screen Keyboard and click the caplock button on the on screen keyboard to release your caps lock.
If none of these work, I would suggest holding SHIFT to make your letters lowercase.

Sometimes you just need a bit of patience to notice the cry for help in the lines. :)
Also, are you new to the PBE? even if you have to use a free rotation champion because you don't have anything It'd be fun to play a game. From there maybe I can help you get started. I know the bundles aren't much. Then you can be on your way to testing new content!

Sometimes winning isn't always important. doing weird things with your teamates can help you find some of the more game breaking bugs.
Example.. I remember someone complaining about Tham Kench eating them in Valor Form playing Quinn And they were stuck in bird form for the duration of the game.
This can fall under a catagory.. of people who test things.. of form change.. who else changes form? Elise, nid, will they be stuck in their second form too?
Que times are long and many times players dodge if they don't get to test whats new. so sometimes you need to be the extra player playing a normal charactar so someone can test. Because of this many testing goes on in custom games with all bots. and maybe some friends.
