So whenever I click on my summoners profile and go click under my name to "Profile" on the top right on the little banner I have something that says "Chests available" and I have 4 icons of chests next to that and under it says Rerolls [0/2] and First Win of the Day bonus but I cannot find any chests or anything in the crafting inventory. I have been banned in the passed if that means anything.
The 'chests available' thing you're seeing there (assuming they're yellow rather than greyed out) are indicating chests available (to be earned via S ranks), rather than chests available to be opened.
That said, depending on if the system considers you 'reformed', you may or may not actually be able to earn chests via S ranks.
