i did that but somehow he keeps getting me when i am not near his hook, it happens a lot too

the animation for it is wonky, but if you see the tooltip ability highlight, you'll see you actually were in its line.

I recommend changing the pole to "No, It should stay the same." Since it seems to be a bit biased lol

It is not a matter of dodging actually.Blitz q's hitbox is slightly larger than his fist as his animation is outdated and it should be fixed.

If you search the boards or reddit there is already a post discussing the problem and a suggestion to fix it.We haven't received any word From Riot concerning the problem since yet.
