Adc help pls!

I have been playing adc again this season and need some help.

Scenario: I am at 100 cs and have 5 kills, enemy skarner comes in with 0 kills and 40 cs and wrecks me not even in his crystal zone. I dodge the q but still and wrecked, just wrecked.

What can you do as an adc now to counter this new no getting ahead by cs and kills philosophy? Is there any way or did the carebears get rid of it?

If you talk about your lasts games and I don't know what did you expected playing Jhin, he's in a terrible spot. Plus, you should never go 1vs1 against Skarner lul.

Get better at the game? You sound like the carebear acting like there's some philosophical agenda working against you.
