Like The Trinket It Has Its Own Slot Maybe There Should Be A Boot Slot. Pass This Around If You Think This Is A Good Idea.

There Are Counters To Fizz. And Maybe With A Boot Slot You Will Have Enough Dmg To Defeat Him. Alot Of Champs Are Powerful But They Have That One Item Weaknness And Maybe Its Not In Your Build To Buy It. But With A Boot Slot Maybe You Can Get That Item And Start Countering Them
