Azir's E nerf Patch 5.14

This nerf limits Azir's playstyle tremendously by when activating Azir's E ability it removes the knockup. Instead you gain a shield although it makes it near impossible to engage as Azir and forces people who play Azir to poke. Please sign this petition if you would like to save . Azir also doesn't seem to have a high win rate in solo queue so there would be no need to nerf him as he was balanced previously.
