I don't know why you go out of your way to make champions better that really aren't bad, if the current changes to Xin Zhao go through he's going to do was Jarvan was doing then get nerfed again. I am calling it now, oh, and as we all know Xin Zhao has a skin coming out? Coincidence, I think not. It's the exact same shit they pulled with Sejuani and the Poro Rider Skin. So, there you go. Xin will be picked every game or banned. RIP Diversity. RIP Jarvan's Moment of glory.

Heal on every third hit increased from 26/32/38/44/50 to 30/35/40/45/50

Audacious Charge [ E ]

Base damage increased from 70/105/140/175/210 to 70/115/160/205/250

4 more HP and 40 more damage on E at level 12 isn't going to break him. Xin is nowhere near J4 in terms of versatility. For one, he has no escapes.

The buffs are very minor it's not gonna break him at best it makes up for the 5 ad lost from warrior enchant.
