thunderlords decree limits options
You cant tweek the masteries enough to encompass all the champions and still limit yourself to 9 ultimate masteries... We're gonna need more diversity otherwise every1 is just forced to get thunderlords...

no they are not forced deathfire touch is great and thunderlords is reeally just good early game anyway laning wise out side that the cd kills you, meanwhile all the offesinse ones have no cd they just stack well the lifesteal crit has a 1 sec cd ohh well
