Can Riot please nerf Zac?

So I think its pretty obvious why this is an issue. Just super frustrating because I just lost a game mainly due to zac. I went yasuo mid versus a veigar. I am gold 5 now so people dont really ward the other team's jungles and I am seriously begging Riot to nerf E range or/and his cc. The zac basically camped me all game and I lost the game, and my entire team reported me for feeding. Veigar got the first kill on me and zac came in the bush nearest to dragon. I didn't have that warded and that was completely my fault. Then it happened again, I caught out Veigar but zac was there and they both got out alive. I was playing fairly safe after that and basically just trying to cs under turret. Zac tower dived me though and since he is so tanky and has pretty good base stats him and vegiar had enough to kill me without vegiar ult. The zac didn't even burn passive. And when I wanted to ward there he was again. I just felt like there was nothing I could do. I was constantly asking for help but m,y jax never came or counter jungled or even took a single objective. He got a few kills from the other lanes but wasn't able to do anything with them. It just became really frustrating at this point and even with qss I wasn't even able to stay under my turret. If anyone has any comments on how to counter zac please please please tell me. Im not trying to rant on here I'm just here because I feel that if your jungler isn't good and doesn't ward the enemy jungle or gank theres not much you can do about feeding. Please let me know how to stop losing games like this because getting demoted should be because you are not as skilled as the people in your elo. Not because the enemy jungler picks zac and camps your lane 24/7.
