Alright, soo what's with all the shit players today?

(JUST SO YOU KNOW, I'm hardly ever this toxic in game) So this past week I've been back and forth between silver 4 & 5 promos 4 times now I'm silver 5 16Lp this time I've taken a dive and not even could save the sheer dump truck amount of trash players I've played with today I've won maybe 1 out of 6 matches. The winning match I played I would recognize these players as silver. The rest were just playing champions because they "thought they were op" and didn't even know how to play them. if I can carry myself through those promos that many times why is it i keep getting horrible teammates? I even saw a dude playing malzahar yesterday that was silver 3 and he bought mercury treads ... I just [zombie-brand-facepalm] and i'm like how the fuck are you silver 3?
