Buff Olaf a tad bit not to much just lowering his w cool down so he can live up to his name

I don't see much Olaf's in game i hes kinda like those forgotten champions like Urgot , Sejuani ,Poppy etc, the thing is that he is the berserker and that's pretty much just going ham on people.

the problem is that when you use his w he gets life steal and when its over you cant really fight unless you have a full life steal build and you can just let your passive take the job for your w, butt its most likely you have more of a fighter abit tanky and you have ok dmg

this is my first time doing this so don't expect to much :P
