Quinn/Valor tweaks

I feel like switching to Valor is pretty much only for running away or chasing. I like the feel of switching between ADC/Assassin but most of the time it's just better to stay as Quinn. Instead of having a normal CD on the ult maybe it could be changed to a toggle sort of skill.

I think it'd be cool to be able to be a roaming ADC (and add viability to other lanes) if Valor was meant more for scouting. There could be a cost free ult toggle and have the execute removed. As Valor, you could have the same movespeed boost (maybe ATKsp too) out side of combat, but a smaller one in combat. Instead of the current Valor W, on activation he could leave a trail the gives vision for a length of time. With the whole Scout theme, I think this would work better too. Maybe Valor could have a normal dash rather than a targeted one? I really enjoy playing Quinn, but she is rather lackluster. Maybe some tweaks could help her.

Nice ideas but you'd either have to remove the execute on ult or move it to an ability.

What Valor really needs is independent CD from Quinn

Yeah I was gonna mention the execute but it looks like I forgot to include it. I think Valor could just use entirely different abilities from Quinn. If you're doing the whole bird thing, and you're doing decent, you don't really need a blind IMO.

Valor is actually one of the best duelists in the game. Maybe try practicing her more, until you know exactly how to use her ultimate correctly.

I know how to use it perfectly fine. I just feel that it is overall pretty useless if you are behind, not to mention it doesn't really fit the theme. if you are the ADC, you probably shouldn't be trying to 1v1 duel later in the game, let alone go in deep on teamfights. I think a more utility based Valor would be a bit better for her all around as and ADC. If you are the top/mid laner I suppose Valor is fine the way he is, but she should be primarily an ADC.

Nope. The only thing Valor obsoletely needs is a proper execution ratio on his ult (right now deals most damage when the enemy is dead). The only other things would be a passive (my preference would be something to add survivability)
