Does Kai'Sa feel a little weak for anyone?

I feel like she plays like a more mobile Ashe in terms of damage, and she just feels kinda underwhelming. On top of that, the only build you can really go on her is AD Crit since it's so much cheaper then AP.

I hope she can at least be played in other lanes and in the jungle and that Rito dont gut her other laning strengths like they did with JG Camille.

Edit: Let's hope rito doesn't pull an Ornn and overbuff her to shit though
