Autofill Enabled: Need to change (or eliminate)

Can we have a serious talk about the Autofill system for Ranked.

I understand its purpose and its overall concept, but for real, it is really frustrating. Is it possible if we remove it from lower ELO divisions. In the upper ELO levels, it makes sense to me because most players in high ELO know the game very well, they understand the mechanics of all (or most) champions and roles, and are able to make do with a position they are placed in. Plus, I understand that in high ELO divisions the queue times are extremely long.

Although this is the case I feel that the lower ELO divisions should be exempt from Autofill for a few main reasons:

1. Most low ELO player are relatively new to the game and are still getting comfortable with the game, putting them in a position they don't know sacrifices the whole team's chance of a victory

2. The queue times are not that bad in low ELO divisions, rendering the autofill system ineffective. I would rather wait 4-5 minutes for a queue then have a position that I dont know, or someone else on my team in a position that they don't know.

3. Griefing/Trolling. A lot of times, from my experience, when someone is autofilled a position, they are much more likely to grief and complain about not getting one of their two selected positions, giving everyone on that person's team a bad gaming experience

I don't know, maybe I'm the only one who feels this way about the system, but ive had so many bad experiences with autofill, and I'm rarely the one thats autofilled (cause im a support main), but I feel that this system has negatively affected my win/loss ratio due to people being placed in positions that they either a) dont want b) or dont know. I cry every time.
