What if turrets auto-focus champs in ranged when it is <25%hp?

then it would be a bad idea to shove a lane and it would become like in season 2 again where sustain champs dominated and lane phase could go on for an entire hour or longer
I hate ranged champs but I think this post gave me cancer .
That's an awful idea. What I think is a decent one is increasing the range for turret detection so a champ like cait can't harass u over walls and in front of tower WHILE blocking off al forms of sieging and defending without being punished for it

What if turrets had an AoE aura added to them that removed 10% of enemies armour and MR, and dealt them 0.5% true max health damage, four times per second?
