Haven't played in about a year. What's changed?

I mainly jungle and top and I'm thinking of starting up again. Can anybody tell me if anything significant has happened since then? I Was here when the new jungle emerged and I played it enough that I got used to it. thanks

The HUD just changed, a few of the bruisers changed, lots of items have been readjusted, and in a few days the servers are being moved to Chicago.

yeah I've heard about the hud changes. what's the meta like now? who excels in the jungle and has it been changed at all? Riven was my go to top btw
