Where is URF?

It's in rotating game mode... along with the rest of the modes awaiting its turn.

Its also in ARURF format, to try and 'decorate' a fancy way to prevent people from auto picking and so many other champions that make it impossible to fight them because they are constantly able to CC, damage blast you to ridiculous levels and be quite impossible to even escape in the process, even with the 'natural tenacity' brought in for URF mode stats.

Still doesn't stop B.S. accounts who basically have no other champion but Shaco unlocked or similar champions and just reroll or dodge till they get what they want and then just torture all the opponents with the scum champions they intentionally 'set up' to always get with the best chances possible(even when you count the free rotation champions in the mix).

Rotating game mode? I know that but I feel like its never in the rotation.
