Dodging For A Loss or Pay To Dodge

Could it be allowed to dodge game and count it as a lost game or to pay for being able to dodge games?

I.e. dodging trollpicks like Yas, Kata, Akali, Trynda, Riven, Khazix, Zed, Vayne, Ez, Yi that are 99% lost.

These are trollpicks, because no matter winrate, when they are in your team they (0-10-0) 99% of games. These are also trollpicks, because any good tank pick counters them.

I mean, you can dodge games at champ select, and it does count as a loss for promo purposes, and comes with a LP penalty+time penalty.

Or did you mean you wanted it to not count as a lost game and not have to pay for it (with time/LP)?

No time penalty.

There is a time penalty in that you can't requeue for a number of minutes, how many depending on how many dodges you've already done that day.

If you dodge and take it as an opportunity to take a 5-30min break from league and cool off from the trolls and whatnot that prompted the dodge, it's quite possible to never notice the time part.

Good point, but if you want to play right now and next dodge is 30 minutes, then it is unfair that you must play with bad team comp.
