Champions reworks!

Hello every body, here are some champs who i think shold be reworked: -Singed -Taric First of all, lets start with Singed! Singed its very vulnerabled and its prety unskilled champ! And now let's talk about Taric! Taric its a tanky support,which have tank properties of tank,but its Dificult to help the team in team fight because he have just a useleful skill (E). Taric its balanced,but a rework shold make him a stronger champ and more good in gamrplay!
