Tribunal System Errors

Just so it fits into this board: Riot Balance Tribunal, it's too fed and OP, kinda like the 5 second baron by Kindred....

I mean that title obviously gives away what I am about to discuss, these are my thoughts and opinion but feel free to leave appropriate, non-harassing, comments.Overall I am pretty disappointed with the way that Riot handles their reports. I am stating this because I have experienced the reports coming in for "verbal abuse" and come to realize the system has many errors. Lets just start off with a few things:

1.) "Verbal Abuse" is a very broad term, it can pretty much be interpreted to the simplest things such as someone saying "Can you guys ward more often?" Therefore this allows it to be the most commonly used report option because it entails pretty much any type of talking, the only way to remain safe is to not say a word...

2.) This game is very enjoyable, but equally as frustrating as well. This leads to players becoming angry over the simplest things and reporting anyone for anything. So pretty much everyone on the game seems like an angry preteen.

3.) I do not know for a fact, but I am 99% sure that Tribunal does not look at games closely enough and consider the factors when an individual gets reported. For example, a player could be intentionally feeding and then a teammates rages. Most of the time the one who will get punished here is the one who raged.

4.) The scaling system for the mutes is insane. At first it is reasonable when it is around 5-10 games, but then it scales up to 80+ games eventually. I don't care how bad someone is raging, there is no reason to force them to play 80+ games without permissions to even talk to their own teammates. Plus to get full access again they need to spend(80+ games * Average Game Time 30-40 minutes) that is 2400 minutes which translates into 40 hours.... 40 hours! That is almost 2 days of an individuals life! Oh but that's not it, eventually it is possible to get a ban from being "toxic". That is dumb, bot only because its a 14 day ban, but the fact that an individual in this community is "toxic", no overall this community is pretty "toxic" and that's just the nature of the game itself.

I am aware that there is a little anger in my post, but it's for good reason and it's for all those players who feel they have wrongfully been punished by Tribunal. As I mentioned before these are just my thought and opinions.
