Why do I keep getting paired against 5 people premade teams in Normal Draft?

Whenever I queue alone and get paired with four others (Who may or may not be a premade team themselves), I find it significantly unfair that I'm getting paired against a team that's more likely coordinated than the one I'm on. They could have a bunch of headsets and call detailed shots while I can only hear pings or type slower than I can speak with my team.
