A better solution to pre game trolling.

Instead of a votekick, how about just a vote to end terminate lobby. it has similar effects, but won't give a penalty to any player, therefore making it a little harder to troll with.

It would just be abused if the enemy team outpaces you, or if one of your teammates chooses an off-meta, "trolly" pick.

It won't be abused if you have a limit of, let's say, two 'dodge votes' per week...

A thing about the off meta picks, honestly, for the most part if the picks are reasonable you will often see players not really caring, and if they are unreasonable then you should find friends or people that will play a match with you with the off meta pick. people are generally more chill, so long as they can see where the idea is.

Examples of reasonable off meta, support shen, jungle sion, adc lulu, etc.

Examples of unreasonable off meta, support mordekaiser, jungle brand, adc maokai, etc.

Not saying that unreasonable picks don't work, but most people don't like the idea of the risk, or have already been burned by a poorly executed off meta pick.
