This shield is a joke of a balance, because it's so useless against the heroes with a spamming potential (like Brand or Ziggs) but it's way too strong against the heroes whose presence on lane depends directly on their high-cd bursts (Like Jhin or Cho'Gath) Shouldn't it work like QSS or something? I mean, I'm fine with not rooting her by using Jhin's W, but I'm not fine with not damaging her with Jhin's Q that killed 3 minions just because she can cast a funny shield that can consume up to 99999999999999999 damage.
