Look, while the changes to nidalee make sense, and definitely reward her for going in... Maybe the reward is a bit too high. She can basically execute most squishy champs with just a Tri force, and kill tanky ones with three q's back to back with a mark on you. Her new play style makes sense, and she should have a damage boost, but shes basically a top lane 
without stealth.
The problem is ad nidalee's scaling.
AP nid is actually weak for an assassin.
It would be fine if she didn't also have rediculous mobility to disengage(not just hunt towards targets) whenever she feels like it and sustain to come back in lane with ease if she loses any trade at all. No cost on cougar form also negates mana issues that might restrain other spam happy champs from being too strong without needing to build mana at all.
They haven't really made it easy for her either. The spear has such a narrow hitbox now, and players have to aim well to actually execute a takedown. Anyone with a triforce can pretty much execute a squishy thanks to sheen proc. She does well early-mid game, but the problem is her late game is kinda terrible because she scales off compared to real tops.
