First Time Ranked Players

Everyone knows how difficult it is to win a game when there is a first time ranked player on your team. It is almost impossible to win a game with multiple first-time players on a team. I believe Riot should try to implement something into their matchmaking system to prevent multiple first time ranked players from put onto the same team. It is just unfair for players to lose games because they have multiple teammates who honestly don't know what they're doing.
