I am a lifesteal fanatic, I like to be able to go into a fight and heal while i'm fighting. It makes 1 vs 1 so much better and increases ur options at low hp.
Recently i've picked up diana and i like her, but a big problem i have with her is that she has no sustain. Enter:
This item looks perfect for a tanky diana build. lots of attack speed, sustain, and damage. Assuming i want to play her as a tanky bruiser what do u guys think of the following build:

If you're gonna do that, build a Nashor's Tooth on her too. The extra attack speed and AP you gain every swing and every spell double stacks with Nashor's Tooth and her passive as well.

Royth3rd1 votesLifesteal/Spell Vamp is horrible on Diana because her passive as well as most of her abilities deal AOE damage, therefore any spell vamp received is reduced to 1/3. If you want to build her tanky, you have to still treat her like a burst mage/fighter. I'd say:

and a late game item like 
or . If you want to treat Diana like an tank mage you have to give up some damage in order to stay in fights, but you cannot try to build sustain into her because you sacrifice too much of her strengths just to be a 1v1 fighter.
