Why is it that i climbed from elo hell b5 up to silver 4 then suddenly i only get 7-8 lp for wins and 20-25 off for a loss. At this rate i have been set up to be in b5 at a rapid rate. i have to win 3 to 1 just to stay even, and as far as i can tell most plats only have a 50-60% win rate. Why is this happening to me. Why is the lp gains and losses so unbalanced all of a sudden. I play roughly 1400 ranked games a season. Any feedback would be nice. thx in advance
Bottt1 votesYour hidden MMR isn't high enough to get more lp so you'll basically be tanking in that division for awhile until you start improving.
redniwediS1 votesThe ranked system is attempting to move you back down to a lower rank, either because you went up in rank rapidly or because of some other reason. It does this in order to put players who got lucky or were boosted back in their proper place. The system is testing you, so now's the time for you to show it you truly deserve your current rank.
King Rei1 votesI keep seeing people post something akin to what you said about being tested by the system. However I find that if you do preform well the game can still be dropped.
Long Dong Wukong1 votesWell if you'd post on your main I'd look at your stats, but I assume you didn't post because your stats are bad and you have an atrocious win rate.
To get 7-8 a win and 20-25 a loss you have to have lost like 30 in a row. Your MMR is so low that the system is essentially kicking you out of that division/tier.
