How does an all bronze team (not together) wind up with an all silver team and get crushed in 20 min

Before I uninstall I need help understanding how I am stuck in the quagmire of bronze 2-3-4. Let's start with this, you can install the game, play terribly to get up to level 30 eventually and then try ranked. If you are blind and have no keyboard you are ranked bronze 5. I have lost many straight and yet I seem to be paired with equally poor players while the other team moves around the board like they are TSM. I do a check on LOLnexus and see that the team we are playing are entirely a full level above our entire team. This is no fun. I am probably going to quit the game. And those reading this might say I should. But I would like help understanding why almost without exception I am on a team that seems to have a very low skill level while the teams we are playing are completely crushing us.
