I would like to talk about how strong is Vladimir and his balance. Firstly his HP is scaling pretty well with AP and that makes him some kind of tank ( at 30min he has like 3,2k HP) with a hilarious sustain. Secondly his CD's. His E has 5 sec CD at level 5 and with 40% CDR it's 3 sec on a mass AOE skill without necessity of aiming AND his E starts to regain it's CD right after you start using it NOT when you finish cast it. He can also use his E while he in untargetable in pool. So it's basically off tank with high amount of sustain which can one shot carry with 2k hp,ultra safe and doesnt have any weak stages. Don't you think this is too much for a one champion ? He has been in meta for a long time and it's time to do something about it. In my games in diamond 3 it's picked or banned every game.I would also like to mention about Twisted Fate. The forgotten champion by Riot i think. I wrote a message to Riot support in July 2015 about that and since that NOTING changed expect his walk which i really think is not so good. I really think this champion needs a couple of buffs because in every phase he is below avarage especially versus tanks. Basically his E where you gain 4th attack upgraded and attack speed. What kind of control mage needs attack speed and on attack mechanic?No one.Compared to other mages like Zoe's W where she get's extra summoner spells, movement speed and some DMG or Neeko's W where u get clon to escape or juke enemy and upgraded auto attack is every 3 attacks not 4. It's really useless. I really hope Riot can do something about it. Link to prove my words about writing to Riot support ( it's in Polish but u can see the date and 'Twisted Fate' in message).

It actually requires proper setup. Sure, if you are the only target around, it doesn't take any aiming to hit you with it. However, if there are minions or other champions, it does require aiming to actually hit all the targets with it. It shoots out projectiles around vlad like ashe's w, which means they can be blocked and they are VERY easy to block unlike ashe's w arrows that go past units easily. So in a team fights with 5 enemies, you might actually hit just one enemy even if they are all in the range of the ability just because one enemy stood close to you. It also costs a lot of hp.

Correction, he can begin casting his e and then use pool and the pool will not interrupt the cast. He can't actually begin to cast the ability during his pool like your comment suggests.

He does have weak stages but this always depends on match-ups like with every other champion. Vlad's early game is extremely bad because he lacks both wave clear and range to be effective against better pushers and champions with more range or sustained damage. Hid base damages are very low too (q has like around 160 BASE DAMAGE at rank 5). Kassadin counters him in every stage of the game. Sure vlad needs a nerf but it's hard to say which aspect they should target because he does have counterplay unless he gets decently ahead against champions that aren't good against him.

TF's e is an outdated ability for sure but they really can't make it more useful without nerfing him in the process because he is very strong in the right hands. The best soloq player in the world uses him to climb to rank 1 on multiple servers, including korea, every time after all. He can't have too much power himself because his power is based on his impact on the map, not his individual brute force.

Let's start with that no one plays around his E to block it. If u stand in a line as a 5 it might finish terribly for you also its soloQ and there is no much time to communication.

For me its very easy what exactly they should nerf. Defnitely his E should be recharging after he FINISHED casting it not STARTING. Increase his E CD for at least 2-3 seconds on every level and slightly nerf scaling HP. It defnitely wouldnt kill this champion and make more healthy for non-vladimir players because in this state he is above GOD TIER.

I see you have mentioned Dopa here. I dont think its Twisted Fate helps him to be so good at climbing but game knowledge. I think he would be able to do as good on every other roaming champion like Talon, Aurelion Sol or LeBlanc. You cant expect from every casual player to play 10h every day to have such a good macro so you can finally play Twisted Fate and perform decently otherwise your gameplay will look like like a dogshit.

You can type > before your text to make the box so it's easier to distinguish quotes from your replies. Now to the point. You don't need communication or planning of 5 people to play against his e. All it needs is that one person even accidentally standing close to you. They don't need to stand in line then to block multiple e projectiles so no one else gets hit.

I can't see this. Definitely no on every rank. His cooldowns on all of his abilities on early ranks are extremely long and his e is almost useless in the early game anyway. Most of the time it's not wise to use it unless you can go for an all-in before you have cdr and ranks put on it.

Sure but tf allows him to do map movements he cant do on other champs.
