Taliyah overused voice clips

Everytime I'm up against a Taliyah, or even when theres one on my team, i find that i hear the voice clip "THROW ANOTHER ROCK!" about once every four seconds, or other voice clips on her Q that are used EVERY time she Q's, and her Q is not on a long cooldown. This usually leads me to muting champion voices in game, which is not an ideal solution for me because i personally like having them on most of the time for most of the champions i play. Its very irratating for me, and makes me wish Riot had features to mute only certain champions, instead of just having to mute all of them.
