Why hasn't Anivia's auto attack been improved yet?

Her current auto attack is a relic from literally the start of league of legends. Newer mid laners released such as Azir and vel'koz were given instant AA animations, and she cannot compete with laners who can shove her under turret, pre-6 her farming is hell. Improving her AA isn't even a direct buff, just a quality of life buff, so she can actually cs like other mid laners are capable of. Such a simple fix, I don't understand why things like this still exist in the game.

Because her post 6 farming is literally the easiest farming in the game.

She takes 0 skill, she doesn't need an easier laning phase.

Your combos are Q>E and R>E.

Both chunk the target for about 3/4 of their health and the E is point and click.

The only thing hard about her is positioning yourself so that you're not in the middle of five enemies, and using your wall in a manner that doesn't kill you or your allies.

The funny thing is, her auto attack misile speed was doubled a year or so ago. Honestly it's in a good spot for how easy mode her post 6 farming is.

Fun fact the day of the change (which was the only change other than a minor visual update) her winrate went down because her mains had to relearn how to cs and auto attack harass.
