Kick an intentional feeder??

Keep getting intentional feeders in my ranked matches. Some of them even say they are going to intentionally feed in the lobby!! Can't riot do something to battle these asshole players? Can they create something where we can kick them and replace with an AI player?? i'd rather be with an intermediate bot than someone who intentionally feeds and makes the game that much harder to play. Gets discouraging. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
