sona needs more changes

More like she needs a real rework that actually adds some diversity to what she does instead of just Q spamming and occasionally pressing w.

You pick Sona for the lane bullying mixed with a bit of sustain, sustain that is much better if used while you are trading. Nami is sustain/poke but more sustain focused, Sona is sustain/poke but more poke focused. Instead of wanting a champ to be molded to what you want, pick the champ that is already molded to that purpose.
