So why do minions spawn at 1:15 now?
What was wrong with minions spawning at 1:30? Riot I don't understand why you had to make this change at all, it was fine being at 1:30.

Well it's not that bad really. Let's say most people play something like 7 games a day, every day. 15s x 49 games is 12min15s. Over a year, that'd be close to 11 hours. Average game times this season look to be 30 minutes, so you get something like 22 extra games this season because they shaved 15s off the minion spawn timer.
