Make option to right click issue move commands only

When I play, I never use right click to issue an attack command. I use attack move bound to left click. One time I died while escaping because I stopped to auto a bloom plant with my right click. If I had target champions only on, I wouldn’t have died, but I don’t want to use that. I think it would be simpler if there was an option to make right click only issue move commands.
