VOTE TO KICK!

As a B3 player I get a lot of trolly people that are on tilt because they've lost a lot of games or just didn't get the lane they wanted when they are last pick. Through viewing a bunch of YouTube videos and streams I have found that I just have to deal with that and just "Carry" the game. I feel that a "VOTE TO KICK" system should be implemented in RANKED play only here because why, if we know in champ select, should we have to deal with on tilt or just straight bad mannered people? I know riot is on the up and up and trying to fight toxic players. I really believe that a vote to kick system would help improve players behavior and force them to either practice all roles in norms or politely ask or get voted out of champ select by the other 4 summoners. For example, I was first pick, picked support Morg. And then the last pick decided he wanted mid and no where else. The third pick chose mid and then whalla we have a duo mid with no jungle. Obviously we could have worked It out but with no tank it was really hard. We lost obviously. Just putting my thoughts out there.

It's a shame more people didn't vote. Honestly there's no reason not to do this. The game can only benefit. Literally. So long as you didn't penalize the guy getting kicked other than just having to wait through another champ select. That'll teach that dude to at least hide that he's a horrible person, OR just not be one generally because he'll get q booted repeatedly. This is a great idea

There is a huge problem with having "vote kick". If anyone wants to try something different, or if someone picks a champion not fitting to the team comp, the rest of the team can just vote to kick for no reason.

I know there are jerks in champion select, but vote kick can never work.

I see what you are saying. And I'm not saying put the vote to kick on normals, only on ranked games. Ranked you should be playing champs you are comfortable with. Not testing out new champs or a build. At least that's how I see it.

i like this idea but can see it being horribly abused. Like for example you see the enemy team comp and it seems better then yours by far, so you decide to kick somebody to get out of the game they feel they would lose.

I love the concept but its easy to abuse

I can definitely see that this could be an issue. I just feel if riot put their heads together they could come up with a work around on that.
