Solo/duo queue ETA ?

I will start this discussion with a quote from Riot's Game updates post :

Flex Queue will be turned on right as preseason starts (coming with patch 6.22), with Solo/Duo Queue coming under a week later.

You know everyone is waiting for it.. Please Riot.. Release the damn queue.
