you know the champion that is easy to shut down and bully in lane and falls off late game lets get rid of her silence.

But the tank that one shots and takes 3 to 4 people to kill. That cant really be bullied out of lane and that has incredible chain cc. But out of all champions lets let chogath keep his silence. Makes a lot of sense.

I'm sorry, what?

Even without her silence Leblanc was easily able to bully people out of lane, and is really hard to shut down once she gets going. It gets harder for her to oneshot everyone late-game, but she's still a big threat.

The reason silences were removed from mobile assassins like Talon, Leblanc, and Kassadin was because there was no way to fight back when they jumped on you.

As for Cho: his initiating CC is incredibly telegraphed and his silence is short range. You kind of have to walk into the ring yourself or already have CC applied to you in order to be knocked up by him.

His silence is really easy to dodge.

You talking about the guy who has no dashes & blinks, and only being able to move slowly with his two feets?

Lol, Cho's silence is the primary purpose of the ability. That would be like taking the knockup off of Alistar's Q.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

I agreed with the title but when I read "the champion that is easy to shut down and bully in lane" you pretty much lost me. LeBlanc had literally 0 counterplay in lane with her silence and she would chunk you for 1/2 your health level 3 with no chance to retaliate. It was like Kass with his silence, he could silence you, jump on you and deal some hefty burst, then disengage.
