Take 5 mins off the required surrender time for every AFK

So if you have an AFK, you only have to wait 15 mins to surrender and not 20.

Edit: So you don't want to ff because some games are winnable 4v5? Cool. That's why it's a vote. You can vote no. Just as you can vote no at 20 mins. But just because YOU want to sit in a game when the score is 4-21 12 mins into your 4v5 game, doesn't mean other players want to.

Edit 2: This isn't abusable if they actually fix the afk punishment system. Afk in a game, get a penalty so that you can't start a game for some time after your last game ended. Now you can't say, "someone afks just so they can start a new game sooner".

This is actually a smart solution. The remake function can only account for DCs that happen prior to the 3 minute mark but what about DCs that happen between 3 minutes and 20 minutes? I really don't think people care to punish AFKs harder than they do already. People only want better ways to cope with having an afk which includes less game time with an afk if possible.
