Kindred heals too much in lane. Can we make sure Riot sees this?

Riot, sorry but you guys tend to overlook crucial imbalances when the PBE testers post about them over on the official boards. Right now on PBE, Kindred can heal for 66 hp at level 2. It takes her maybe 4 seconds to run in a circle and gain full stacks of W again.
