Blah Blah Blah, I don't like the nerfs since they undermine Azir's ability to play as a DPS mage and forces him to make risky plays since he cannot use Emperor's Divide as a defensive tool as efficiently anymore since the wall lasts 3 seconds. The real "issue" Azir has is that LCS players break him since he's very strong with his ability to dictate the flow of a team fight through his ult and his damage that can shred through squishies and tanks provided he stays back.

The reason LCS/High ELO players are able to break the game with his making him a victim of Riots Nerf Hammer is his E, it allows a ton of safety and it allows the Azir insec play. So to make Riot happy and hamstring one of my favourite champions I propose we scrap his E and R and make new spells that will be easier to balance.

E: Sand Phalanx Azir summons 1/1/2/2/3 Soldiers for 5 seconds that can block 2 enemy dashes or projectiles before dying. Whenever a soldier dies they give their life essence to Azir in the form of a shield (same shield as Shifting Sands has now, if multiple soldiers die at once only one shield is given, if soldiers die sequentially the shield is refreshed) CD 30/28/24/22/20 seconds

R: Emperor's Verdict Azir summons a set of Sand Hands that shove enemies in the target direction and ground them for 2 seconds, should enemies hit a wall they will take 10% additional damage and they cannot be shoved over terrain. This ability deals 300/350/400+60% AP damage on a 90/75/60 second CD. (Targeter for this ability would be similar to Viktor laser in that its a line started from where ever he wants in range he can then stretch the line up to a limit similar to Elise W and Fizz R allowing him to control his pushes better).

That's how you gut a champion to take them from the super fun area controlling sand gliding God Bird we love and make it into something Riot balance will stop feeling the need to target. This Azir is super vulnerable to most all LCS favourites since Zed, and Fizz will have a field day since they can get past his E like its nothing, he cannot get away from anything as easy as he could before, he cannot effectively neutralize juggernauts for 5+ seconds, the only LCS champions that will struggle versus him are Leblanc and she can just bait out his E before having her way with him and Lux.

Yes.Ahri, Zed, Yasuo, Lb, Brand, Orianna mains win with 55%, this isn't problem

But Azir mains win with 55%.This is problem.Lets nerf to Azir.

Pretty much every one who mains a champ will have higher winrate than average. Unlike the champs you mention here, Azir stands across the other side of the map deailing massive damage. If you somehow fail at poking down an entire team, NP just use your 7 sec wall and walk away. Azir is overplayed with good reason. Other champs' winrates are irrelevant.

As a LeBlanc main I think this nerf is dumb, I have repest for azir mains.
