Im relatively new to League, not really sure when I started but I have around 350 hours into the game. When I first got ranked I was ranked into Silver 5, which I was pretty happy about. But ive recently found that ive been screwing up a lot more in League. Im not quite sure overall what my problem is, I just know that before I used to do alright and now I lose more games than I win and go neutral at best. I dont think its my team's fault, in fact, I constantly get on myself that its my fault that im screwing up and I try to fix what I think it may be, trying to play safer in certain situations or staying with my team, but I always seem to end up doing something else wrong and dying. After the reset I decided to try and see how I would do if I went and got myself ranked into Bronze 5 on Flex Queue, since apparently I go a whole league down or something. I ended up dying a lot there too, even going 0/9 as Heimerdinger, who I had done fine with earlier. Its really frustrating, because before when I had played less of the game, I had felt like I had done a lot better. I also have friends who started around the same time as me who do a lot better than me too. Ive tried to ask one in particular to help me or try to teach me how to do better, but he really just ends up having me 1v1 him and doesn't even say anything during it. If this is posted into the wrong thing, im sorry, this is honestly my first sorta board post or discussion or whatever, I just dont really know what else to do to get help to improve and do better.

My only advice to give to you is to watch a lot of professional streams. Dont copy their play-style because that one help. You should see their decision making. Look at their situations during their laning phase. Are they losing? If they are losing, what are they doing differently to not constantly feed and end up 0/10 by 8 mins like players would in lower elos. Are they winning? If so, what are they doing to capitalize off of their advantages. Also look at their out of lane phase decision making as well. How do they enter team fights based on their role. How do they disengage, etc. Also, item builds/runes/masteries can also have a good impact on your successes. Hope this helps in some way! Best of luck. I am still struggling as well so dont worry haha. We all go through it.
