Regarding Current State of Gangplank

Hey all, I have recently decided to start playing the new Gangplank and am finding lots of success especially in the laning phase, and the late game. I know Riot has the tendancy to buff recently reworked champions because of player complaints regarding how hard the champ is to use and etc. These buffs are usually followed by hard nerfs that result in very low champion popularity and viability. I actually think the state at which Gangplank is currently in is perfect. In fact I have noticed that he currently has very clear counters in ranged champs such as Jayce, Gnar, (good Teemo), and others. On the other hand if used properly (which is hard to do) he can counter most of the melee top laners. I think as time goes on people will get better and better with his barrels allowing for more plays to be made. I highly recommend that you do not give Gangplank any buffs because I truly think the state in which he is in right now is perfectly balanced in the fact that he has a very high skill cap, and if utilized correctly he has very good potential in outplaying his opponents.
